The Enterprise Suite delivers effective replacement for the traditional hierarchical SW architecture by integrating functionality of the common transaction based applications into open standards, significantly more flexible, scalable, broadly functional and highly modular system running on commodity hardware.

Unique properties of the Enterprise Suite environment are derived from a simple assumption — any and all business sessions are composed of a series of transactions and therefore, business environment implementation should be designed for transaction processing. Each transaction may consume resources of a multitude of servers. Thus there is now the ability to build a network capable of being loaded with appropriate functionality to perform some transaction or portion thereof. The processing nodes then become free resources which can be used to improve the system service availability and performance through process management techniques.
